Last year we witnessed a miraculous “save” when Maggie of Fredericksburg, Va., chose to give birth to her baby, Christian, instead of aborting late in her pregnancy. The Lord used Grace Morrison, who was counseling outside the Germantown abortion clinic, as an instrument in helping Maggie make that life-saving decision. Maggie moved her family from Fredericksburg to Gaithersburg, where she and her four children are being provided free emergency housing by a Covenant Life family!! Given Maggie was a stay-at-home mom and deserted by her husband, she has many immediate and long-range needs, including fellowship of the saints.
Maggie’s needs that have been met so far:
__Steve and Yvonne have taken care of her immediate need for free housing by temporarily providing an apartment (praise God!)
__ We’ve signed her up for a twice-a-month free food run on alternate Thursdays
__ We’re signing her up for free legal counsel through Good Samaritan Advocates
__ We have secured a godly pediatrician for the children (praise God!), whom she is enrolling in local school.
Meanwhile, with no income, no child support and new to Montgomery County, Maggie will need the Body of Christ to help her. Many of you have experience in knowing what services, private and public, are available to indigent moms in crisis.
Some of her immediate needs are mundane, such as:
__assembling her children’s four beds
__size 4 disposable diapers and wipes
__gift cards to food stores
__gasoline gift cards
__medical care for herself.
Other needs are large, such as:
__phone
__job training
__child care
__a job
For now the Lord would have me come beside Maggie during her transition, so I covet your prayers and desire any buy amoxil no prescription input, intelligence and/or help you can provide.
